Pastors Randy and Nancy Jones have answered God’s call to lead a congregation of believers in the Dallas area.  Randy has been a minister for over 30 years – including pastoring, evangelizing, inner-city ministry, and teaching at Bible Colleges. Nancy is a missionaries’ daughter, devoted mother and wife, successful business executive, and is wonderfully anointed and gifted to lead and teach ladies.

The Lord Jesus began to burden Pastor Randy’s heart concerning preparing His people for His soon return for His Bride. The Lord began to deal with him about greater personal holiness, prayer and consecration. Being led by the Holy Spirit, he began to preach anew, the fundamental truths of the Bible, with a strong End-Times emphasis. Repentance, the importance of the Blood of Jesus, the Cross, the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the fear of God, the Rapture, Biblical holiness, the spirit of prayer, the power of the Word, a burden for lost souls to be saved, and Jesus as the Beloved Son of the Heavenly Father – all took on a new meaning in the light of the nearness of Jesus’ return for His Overcoming Church.

Assisted by their sons, Micah and Tyler, their two daughter-in-laws Loree and Maria, they have launched out in faith and founded Christ Our Lord Church. Knowing that anointed worship, and anointed preaching of the Word of Truth (along with true Christian love and fellowship) brings the presence of the Holy Spirit – they are already seeing God’s answers to prayer. They are seeing Christ Our Lord Church members receive a fresh and deep desire to know Jesus.

Also assisting is a wonderful body of believers who have answered the same call in obedience to a heavenly vision.

The following verses initiated in Pastor Jones’ heart and ministry, a series of powerful truths and revelations – that brought a new and powerful freedom – “And Jesus, having been immersed, straightway, went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God, descending like a dove coming upon Him; and lo, a voice out of the heavens, saying, ‘This, is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I delight’.” (MATT 3:16-17, Rotherham)

If this is how the All-knowing, All-wise, All-powerful, Creator of the universe, feels about His Only Begotten Son – shouldn’t we feel the same way? That our daily delight is Jesus. Not just someone we added to our life, but our Lord, Our Savor, Our Delight – Our Beloved Heavenly Bridegroom.

To preach and teach the Absolute Supremacy of the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, Baptizer in the Holy Spirit, Healer, Heavenly Bridegroom, Soon Coming King, and Beloved Son of the Heavenly Father.

OUR VISION
To restore the Lord Jesus Christ to His rightful place in our hearts, homes, and His Church.  To preach the power of the Blood of Jesus to cleanse us from all sin.  To preach the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial and continuing sign of speaking in other tongues.  To anoint, lay hands on, and pray the prayer of faith for the sick. To be a church equipped with the Spirit of Prayer.  To prepare His church for His soon return.  To preach Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom and to help His Bride get ready for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.  To preach a faith that works by love, purifies your heart, and overcomes the world.  To be a soul-winning church.  To welcome, love, and accept everyone.  To have and keep a world vision.  To preach the truth with love and to boldly stand against deception.  To care for and encourage one another.

We are a non-denominational, Spirit-filled church.
